Definitions

For the purposes of this policy:

• "Goods": Refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

Donations

Donations made to Tuluworld Foundation are deeply appreciated and go directly towards supporting our mission. Please note that all donations are non-refundable. We encourage you to carefully consider your decision before making a donation.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel your order for purchased goods within 14 days without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 14 days from the date you received the Goods, or from the date on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
• Goods that, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have an expired date.
• Goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items according to their nature.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
